Guidelines for Filling AP EAMCET 2015 Online Application Form :

Step 1 : Selecting Stream : 

The candidates have to make sure that they select the correct Stream before applying, as this item gets FROZEN as per the information given during Registration Fee payment.

  •  Engineering (E) 
  • Agriculture & Medical (AM) 
  • Both (Engineering and Agriculture & Medical) (E & AM)

The candidates belonging to Intermediate board or any equivalent Qualifying Examination who wish to apply for BOTH option, should make sure that they are eligible (as per the guidelines given in the EAMCET-2015 Instruction Booklet) for Engineering and Agriculture & Medical before selecting Both option.

Step 2 : Selecting Qualifying Exam Details : 

There are Nine Options for Students. Students who Completed the Qualifying Exam from the below mentioned boards can select the Board and Fill Details in the Columns.

i) Intermediate (Regular) ii) Intermediate (Vocational) iii) RGUKT iv) CBSE (v) ISC (vi) DIPLOMA (vii) NIOS (viii) TSOSS/APOSS (ix) Others

  • First Select the Qualifying Examination,
  • Enter Hall Ticket Number of Qualifying Examination, Year of Appearing / Passing Qualifying Exam, Bridge Course Hall Ticket Number (if any), Institution Medium, Language Medium and 10 + 2 Qualifying Exam Institute

Step 3 : Uploading Photo and Signature : 

Students belonging to Others Categories are Requested to Upload your Photograph & Signature.

If the student has appeared / passed Intermediate (Regular), then Item Photograph & Signature are automatically populated from the already existing Intermediate database (Note: Only for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 appeared / passed).

  • The photograph file should be in the .jpg file format and the size should be less than 30 KB.
  • The Signature file format should be .jpg format and the size has to be less than 15 KB.

Step 4 : Filling Personal Details : 

Students belonging to Intermediate Regular and Intermediate Vocational then the Applicants Personal Details will be taken automatically from intermediate database.

Students belonging to Other Board has to Enter all Personal Details Manually like Applicant Name, Mother Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Birth State and Birth District, Aadhar Card Number.

Step 5 : Selecting Category and Local Area Status : 

Category 

In This Step Students has to Select the Category which they belongs to Select the relevant option corresponding to the Category candidate belongs to as per the Caste certificate. For example, if you belong to OC (Open Category),

List of Categories are OC, BC – A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D, BC-E, SC and ST

List of Special Categories : If the candidate belongs to the Special Category as mentioned in the categories given below, the corresponding option has to be selected by the candidate.

  • NCC
  • PH - Physically Handicapped (VH, HI, OH)
  • CAP – Children of Armed Personnel
  • Sports

Local Area Status : 

Select the Local Area you belong:

AU : Andhra University

OU : Osmania University

SVU : Sri Venkateswara University

Non Local : As per the Non Local conditions mentioned in the Instruction booklet For example, if the candidate belongs to Andhra University (AU), students has to select the AU

Step 6 : Selecting Regional Centers : 

The candidate has to choose Regional Centre for Appearing Test from the drop down box provided.

Step 7 : Selecting Minority / Non Minority Status, Annual Income, Urdu Medium, Place of Study : 

Minority / Non Minority Status

The Non-Minority has to be selected if the candidate belongs to the Minority community. Otherwise, if he / she belongs to a Minority community, then the Minority option has to be selected by using the drop down box. From the drop down box, relevant Minority community to which the candidate belongs to has to be selected.

For example, the option is Muslim, select Muslim

Annual Income : 

Select the any one of the three options provided as given below regarding the Annual Income of the Parents (Rs.):.

Select Upto One Lakh, Upto Two Lakhs and More than Two Lakhs

For example, if your Parental Income is More than Two Lakhs, Select More than two lakhs

Urdu Medium : 

A candidate, who has chosen the Medium of Instruction at Qualifying Exam as URDU, he / she can avail the facility of an URDU TRANSLATOR if required during the exam by selecting the YES option. But note that, the candidate will be allotted a TEST CENTRE in HYDERABAD ZONE ONLY.

Hence, this item is FROZEN for NON-URDU candidates.

For example, if an URDU medium candidate requires Urdu Translation for AP EAMCET , then select YES Option.

Place of Study : 

Two options Urban or Rural are given for both a1.SSC or Equivalent (10th Class) and b.Intermediate or Equivalent (10+2) class. Select the option as per your Place of Study.

a1: SSC or Equivalent (10th Class):

For example, your option for SSC or Equivalent (10th Class) is Urban

a2: SSC or Equivalent (10th Class)

Enter the SSC or Equivalent Hall Ticket No. and Year of Passing.

For example, enter 87987987 for SSC or Equivalent (10th Class) Hall Ticket No., Month and the Year of Passing is 2011.

b: Intermediate or Equivalent (10+2)

For example, if the option to be selected for Intermediate or Equivalent (10+2) is Rural,

Step 8 : Address for Correspondence an Study Details : 

Address for Correspondence : 

Provide the House No. or C/o., Village / Street / Locality, Mandal / Town / City, District, State, Pin Code, Contact Telephone Number (Mobile), Telephone Number (Landline) and Email.

Study Details : 

The candidate has to fill the district details related to his study from Class-1 to Intermediate II year / equivalent in the spaces provided as shown below. However, if a candidate has studied in a state other than Andhra Pradesh, then select OTHER STATE.

Step 9 : Selecting Helpline Centers : 

The candidate appearing for EAMCET-2015 this year has to choose the EAMCET-2015 HELP LINE CENTRE (HLC) of his choice during Online Application Submission process. The HLC selected is for Document Verification / Certificate Verification and Online Options Entry for EAMCET-2015 Counseling for Admission into Professional Courses as per the schedule which will be notified by the CONVENER (Admissions) after declaration of EAMCET-2015 results.

After furnishing ALL the required data and correct particulars, verify thoroughly the details and go through the Declaration at the end of the page. Important Information Regarding Image Correction and New Images Upload :

The WBJEE Board will prepare a list of candidates having defects in uploaded documents after a round of checking. Candidates may also report their Requirement for correction to uploaded Documents to the Board by phone or email, so that their names may be incorporated in the list. All such candidates would be intimated by SMS in the third week of April about a date range during which they can upload fresh corrected documents. Candidates other than those who have been identified as defaulters cannot upload any fresh document under any circumstances.

Exam Pre-requisites :

In This Step Students has to Select Exam Applied for and weather a citizen of India or Not. For Example Students who aspires to apply for Engineering and Pharmacy Entrance Exam has to Select Both PET & PPHT

Filling Basic Information & Personal Information:

In This step Students has to Fill the Personal Details of Applicant like Candidate Name, His / Mother Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, 10th Class Roll Number, Select Gender, Category CG Dominance, Physically Handicapped Status, Height, Weight, Religion, Identification Marks, Aadhra Number, Bank Account Number with Name and Other Details.

Uploading Scanned images of Photo, Signature and Thumb Impression:

In This Step Students has to Upload the Applicants Photo, Signature, Name and Thumb Impression on the Uploaded image. Students must note that the Image must not Exceed 50 KB i.e Max Size Should be 50 KB. the Format should be as shown in below image.

In this Step Students has to Enter Contact Details of the Applicant Like House Number, Street Name, City / Village, Post Office, State District, If Students belong to Other State then Specify State Name and District Name, pin code,  Mobile Number and Email Address Details.

Selecting CG PET 2015 Exam Center :

In This Step Students has to Select the CG PET 2015 Entrance Test Center.

Declaration :

In This Step Students are Requested to Read Declaration, Select I Agree Button and Enter Code Shown in image and Press Submit button.

Payment of CG PET 2015 Application Fee :

Amount Details: Based on the Exams you selected the CG PET 2015 Exam Fee Varies. As we selected Both Exams Students has to Pay CG PET 2015 Application Fee of Rs. 400.

1. If You Select ICICI Bank Only Online Mode is available for Payment

2.If You Select Sate Bank of India there are two modes of Payment i.e Online OR Offline. Students can use any one of the mode for Payment of Fee.

  • Online [Exam Fee + (For Credit Card, 1.3%)/(For Debit Card, 1.3%)/(For Internet Banking, Rs. 12) + ST]
  • Offline [Exam Fee + Rs. 50 + Service Tax]

NOTE :

  1. In case of any failure during Online Payment, if your money got deducted, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to pay again. You will be notified with the Transaction Number at your registered Mobile Number / Email, after suitable verification with the Bank.
  2. Your Registration ID doesn’t ensure your eligibility for the examination. You must turn up with your Admit Card, which can be downloaded from the system, using your Registration ID and Date of Birth, once made available from CGVYAPAM.

WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form Correction WBJEE 2015 Application Correction Module will be available for Students from 11th March 2015. All Students who Committed Mistakes while filling WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form and aspires to Correct Mistakes in WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form are hereby informed that the WBJEE Board has Enabled the Students to Edit / Correct Mistakes in WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form. Interested Students can Edit / Correct Mistakes in WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form Using WBJEE 2015 Correction Module.

WBJEE 2015 Online Application Correction will be made in two Phases. First Phase and Second Phase. WBJEE 2015 Online Application Correction will be available from 11.3.2015 to 16.3.2015. Basic Data Correction will be made in WBJEE 2015 First Phase Correction.

WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form First Phase Correction :

Change in WBJEE 2015 Entrance Exam type is allowed. But change to C type would require payment of extra fees of 100 INR for which the candidate has to approach Board.

  1. Any change in category from OP (general) to SC/ST/OBC requires uploading of documents.
  2. Any change from PwD= NO to YES requires uploading of documents.
  3. Any change of domicile from Other State to West Bengal requires uploading of documents.
  4. Any change of income category to < 2.5 Lakh requires uploading of documents.
  5. Partial change is possible, that means if candidate also requested change of Fathers  name along with change in category, the change of father name will take place but the change in category remains pending until the relevant documents are uploaded within the deadline.
  6. The reverse change in any of above condition (SC->OP, PwD YES – > PwD NO etc) would be automatically effected and the originally uploaded document would stand null and void.
  7. Candidates who change their domicile status would be forced to change their choice of exam zone. No other candidate is allowed to change their choice of exam zone.
  8. Candidates who have been found to have submitted wrong photograph / signature / thumb impression have been intimated by SMS. They can use the relevant interface to upload correct images. No other candidate can upload fresh images at this stage.
  9. No candidate is allowed to voluntarily upload fresh documents at this stage.

WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form Second Phase Correction :

WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form Correction would be mainly related to previously uploaded documents. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will prepare a list of candidates having defects in uploaded documents after a round of checking .

Candidates may also report their Requirement for correction to uploaded Documents to the Board by phone or email, so that their names may be incorporated in the list. All such candidates would be intimated by SMS in the third week of April about a date range during which they can upload fresh corrected documents. Candidates other than those who have been identified as defaulters cannot upload any fresh document under any circumstances.
