Step 1 : Registration :-

  • The photograph / signature / thumb-impression of images Should be in JPG/JPEG format
  • The maximum size of the photograph to be 500 KB and for signature / thumb-impression to be 200 KB.
  • Please ensure that the photograph is taken in a light coloured background
  • Photographs must be snapped on or after 01-01-2015.
  • Photograph must be taken with name of candidate (as written in Application Form).
  • The photograph must be snapped with a placard indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph. In case name and date are written on the photograph after taking it, the application will be rejected.
  • The name and date on the photograph must be clear and legible.
  • Photograph should be without a cap and goggles. However, spectacles are allowed

Step 5 : Fee Payment :

All Students must note that the applicants should Pay BPEE CET 2015 Application Fee of Rs. 1000 will be through HDFC Payment Gateway integrated with the BPEE CET 2015 Online Application Form.

Candidate can make payment via any Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking or or by downloading online generated Bank Challan of J&K Bank / HDFC Bank for depositing the fee amount in any branch of J&K Bank or HDFC Bank directly in the BOPEE Accounts.

NOTE :  Students must note that once an BPEE CET 2015 Application form is completely submitted, no changes will be allowed on the BPEE CET 2015 Online Application Form. Under any such arising situation, candidate will be required to make fresh application witha new payment of Rs. 1000.

Filling Personal Details :

In This Step Students has to Fill all the Personal Details which are listed Below.

  1. Name of the candidate: has been taken from your Registration form. You cannot edit/change it now.
  2. Date of Birth: has been taken from your Registration form. You cannot edit/change it now.
  3. Email Address: has been taken from your Registration form. You cannot edit/change it now.
  4. Nationality: has been taken from your Registration form.
  5. Gender: Choose your gender by clicking on the appropriate radio button.
  6. State of domicile: Select state of domicile from the drop-down menu.
  7. Mother Tongue: Select your mother tongue from the drop-down menu.
  8. Category: Choose your category by clicking on the appropriate radio button.
  9. OBC – Sub-Classification: will appear if you choose “Other backward class”. Again select the appropriate one of these radio buttons. Candidates must ensure that they appear in the Central List.
  10. Sub category: Choose one from the radio buttons if appropriate.
  11. Contact Details: Provide your contact details by filling the text boxes and making the choice from the drop-down menu for State.

Uploading Photos, Signatures and Certificates : 

Passport size photograph: Click on the space provided and upload the file for your photograph in jpeg, gif, tiff, or png format (Note: the file should not exceed 1 Mb).

Scanned image of your signature: Click on the space provided and upload the scanned image of your signature in jpeg, gif, tiff, or png format.

Scanned image of your parents/guardians signature: Click on the space provided and upload the scanned image of the signature of your parent/guardian in jpeg, gif, tiff, or png format.

Scanned image of your caste certificate (other than General candidates): Click on the space provided and upload your PH / KM caste certificate in jpeg, gif, tiff, or png formats.

Qualifying Exam Details :

In this tab you will provide details of marks/grades you obtained in the 10th Std and 12th Std examinations.

Each of these exams is to be selected from the Qualificationdrop-down menu in item 1. For example, you choose 10th Std from the drop-down menu, and after entering all the details, you press the “SAVE” button. In the right side bar entitled “Entry Status” (see the picture above) you will see a green tick mark against 10th Std.

Now select the next exam in the Qualification drop-down menu and fill the details.

The right side bar entitled Entry Status provides visual feedback to you about the details of what you have filled.

  1. Qualification: choose from the drop-down menu.
  2. SSLC/10th Standard:  Select the year of passing from the pop-up menu. Fill in the school name and place; select the board you studied from the pop-up menu. Enter the aggregate percentage of marks (all the subjects, including languages). Enter the overall letter grade if your Board awards only letter grades.
  3. II PUC/12th Standard: Select the year of passing from the pop-up menu. Fill in the school name and place; select the board you studied from the pop-up menu. Enter the aggregate percentage of marks (all the subjects, including languages) and the main subjects you studied. Enter the overall letter grade if your Board awards only letter grades.

Entering National Entrance Test Details : 

Details of KVPY/IIT-JEE/ AIPMT:

  • If selected as a Fellow (appeared in KVPY-SA 2013), give your Roll Number and rank. The Roll Number is the letter “A” followed by a 7 digit number. This is the number that you were provided with when you applied for the Fellowship. You may prefix “0” to this 7 digit number.
  • If appeared in KVPY-SB 2014/SX 2014, give your Roll Number and leave the rank column blank, if the final result is not known. Update the rank immediately after the declaration of the results. The Roll number is the letter ”B” followed by a 7 digit number for KVPY-SB and the letter “X” followed by a seven digit number for KVPY-SX. This is the number that you were provided with when you applied for the Fellowship. You may prefix “0” to this 7 digit number.
  • If appeared in KVPY-SB 2014/SX 2014 Empowerment Initiative for SC/ST candidates (you must select KVPY-SB-E or KVPY-SX-E appropriately from the drop down menu),  give your Roll Number and leave the rank column blank, if the final result is not known. Update the rank immediately after the declaration of the results. The Roll number is the letter ”B” followed by a 7 digit number for KVPY-SB and the letter ”X” followed by a seven digit number for KVPY-SX. This is the number that you were provided with when you applied for the Fellowship. You may prefix “0” to this 7 digit number.
  • If appeared/appearing in 2015 JEE/AIPMT, give your Roll Number and leave the marks column blank.  In the case of JEE (both Main and Advanced – you must select JEE-Main for Main, and JEE-Adv for Advanced from the drop down menu), the Roll Number refers to the registration number that is mentioned in your admit card for the examination. Please note that this number is not the application number. In the case of AIPMT, the number you must enter is the roll number given in your admit card. The above numbers will be available to you only when you receive the admit cards for the respective examinations. (if not got the Roll Number at the time of submitting the online form, then enter the JEE/AIPMT application number now and update with the Roll Number later after the JEE/AIPMT results).

In case the Roll Number is not available at the time of submitting online form, you can enter some dummy number in the roll number column, and  update it later immediately after the results by clicking on the “Update your National Ent.Test Result” link provided on the left side of application status page.

Compulsorily you should update online the Marks you obtained in the National Entrance Test immediately after the declaration of the results.

Application Fee Payment :

Fee Amount: Will display automatically as per your category (`.500 for GN/OBC & `.250 for SC/ST/PH candidates, plus the bank charges).

Mode of Payment: Decide the mode of payment you would prefer towards the application fees. The options available are : (i) Offline – Challan payment  (SBI Bank ) (ii) Online – Net banking, Visa Card/Master Card, Debit/Credit Cards.   The application fee is `.500 for GN/OBC and `.250 for SC/ST/PH candidates (bank charges extra).

Bank Charges for challan payment:  SBI /Canara Bank – `25.

DO NOT MAKE SECOND TIME PAYMENT. If you got a transaction ID for having made payment, just check the application status after 24 hours.

After 24 hours you must login to Online Applicant Interface and edit the application by clicking on the application number 157xxxxx  then click on the National Entrance Test Details tab then again click on the Next Screen button which will take you to the Application Fee screen with the Proceed button enabled.  Click on the Proceed button and submit the application form. If you still have any queries regarding fill in the application form you may send an email to ar@academic.admin.iisc.ernet.in.

Update the Payment reference No: Once payment is made at the Bank counter, login and update the Journal Number in case of Challan Payment to complete your application.  You must scan the Institutes copy of the challan and upload the same in your login page after updating the journal number.

When you complete the application form you will see the following screen,

Please preview your application form by clicking the Preview your Application form button.

On clicking the “Preview your Application form”  button,  you will get a PDF file of the preview copy of your Application form.  Go through it carefully  to verify all the details. If you find any errors,  go back to the online Application form by clicking the EDIT button and correct them. Preview this version again to ensure that all the corrections have been incorporated.

Repeat this process until your Application form is completely and correctly filled.

Be careful because you CANNOT edit/change the application form (except for entrance test details etc) after you SUBMIT the application form.

After satisfying yourself about the correctness of the application form, press the CONFIRM TO SUBMIT Button.

This will give you the PDF file of your application form.  Store it carefully for your records.

Step 1 : Verifying Details Submitted while Request for Application

This fee will be Rs 1,200/- for writing either Engineering (PCM) or Medical (PCB) test and Rs. 1,500/- for writing the test for both (PCM&B) courses. The Demand Draft should be drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favor of COMEDK payable at Bangalore. A list of Nationalized Banks

Step 4 : Academic / Qualifying Exam Details :

In This Step Students has to provide the details of qualifying examination (PUC) / 12th Standard or equivalent), the year of having acquired the said qualification, name of the Institution, place and other details.

Step 5 : Uploading Photograph and Signature :

In This Step Students has to Upload Scanned images on Resent Photo and Signature. The photograph must be a recent (three months) with preferably light background image after scanning. It should be identical to the photo to be pasted in the COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Form.

  1. The Photograph / Signature image should be of .jpg or .jpeg format Only.
  2. The Dimension of the photo should be 180 x 220 pixels
  3. The Size of Photo Should be 200 KB
  4. The dimension of Signature should be 230 x 90 pixels
  5. The Size of Signature should be 200 kb.

NOTE : The candidates should ensure that the signature and the photo shall remain the same throughout the process. The signature affixed on the physical application form should be identical to the one they have uploaded.

After re-verifying the above particulars, the candidates have to submit the COMEDJ UGET 2015 Online Application. Once the submission is made, a unique six digit bar-coded application number would be generated. The candidates are advised to note down this COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Number as all future correspondences will have to be made quoting this number; this number should also be mentioned on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
