Bharati Vidyapeeth university Engineering Entrance Exam BVP EEE 2013 Admit Cards aare made available for the Students in the BVP EEE 2013 Website : http://www.bharatividyapeethuniversity.net/AdmitCard.aspx.

BVP EEE 2013 Admission Cards for CET (Engineering) – 2013 will be dispatched by post to candidates under certificate of posting. The BVP EEE 2013 Admission Card will indicate the Roll Number and BVP EEE 2013 Examination Center allotted to the candidate with its address.

The Candidate must not mutilate the BVP EEE 2013  Admission Card issued to him/her or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated by the University authorities.

In case the BVP CET 2013 Admission Card is not received by a candidate by 2nd May 2013 he/she should contact the concerned Designated Centres at Pune, Navi Mumbai and New Delhi (addresses given in this brochure) or the concerned examination centres at Vadodara, Hyderabad, Indore, Bangalore, Cochin, Kottayam and Tiruanantpuram on addresses given in this brochure one day prior to the scheduled date of  BVP EEE 2013 Entrance Test, CET (Engineering) – 2013, for collecting a duplicate BVP EEE 2013 admission card. (For centres at Varanasi, Lucknow,Jaipur, Chandigarh and Allahabad the candidates should contact the designated center at New Delhi). In such a situation, the candidate should bring two copies of his/her authenticated photograph along with him/her and a proof of submission/mailing of application form. In case no proof is submitted, duplicate admission card will not be issued. Mere purchase of application form will not be considered as a proof of sending the completed application form.

BVP EE 2013 Online Application Process Started and the Last Date for Submitting Filled in BVP EEE 2013 Application Form to the BVP Office is 27 th April 2013. So Students who are aspiring for Admission must submit their BVPEEE 2013 Online Application Before the Last Date.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE TO FILLING BVP EEE 2013 ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :

Students who are aspiring for admission to B.Tech Programs in Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University – PUNE are hereby informed to check the instructions for Filling the BVP EEE 2013 Online Application Form carefully

There are two options available for payment of entrance fees
1. Payment through Demand Draft(DD)

2. Payment through Payment Gateway i.e. Credit/Debit Master/ Visa cards. Instructions for payment are given on home page. Kindly note that the candidates opting for this payment mode should not send his form to this office. Instead he/she should carry the form at the examination hall along with TWO passport size photographs. Please submit this form to the invigilator.

3 Those who are opting Demand Draft as payment mode for BVP CET 2013 Online Registration, Select Demand Draft as Payment Option.

1.  You are requested to the see table of contents for examination and identify your course.
2.  The amount shown in the columns of Demand Draft should be noted. You are requested to draw a Demand Draft of this amount from any nationalized bank in favour of “The registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University” payable at Pune.
3.  You are requested not proceed further unless you have a DD.
4.  Select I Agree and click NEXT button
5.  Select whether the examination is Under Graduate (UG) or Post graduate (PG).
6.  System displays / shows the table of various examinations. You are requested to the select the requisite course by clicking Register Link to fill online CET Registration form

You are now starting to fill the BVP EEE 2013 Online Registration form. BVP CET 2013 Online Registration form is divided into following four parts.
i) Payment Details – Demand Draft details such as Demand draft number, Demand Draft date and Bank details.
ii) Personal Details – Your name should be same as from xth standard , Mark list
iii)Parents Information
iv) Qualifying Examination Details

i) Candidate has to read inst rations given the agreement carefully, select I agree and click NEXT button to start BVP CET 2013  Online Registration form.

j) After you enter all necessary information through these screens the system will display the preview of the completed form in read only mode. For any corrections, use „previous‟ button to go to appropriate screen and make corrections.

k) Finally if you are satisfied with the entered information Through preview mode, click on the submit button. The filled form in PDF format will be generated.

l) In case of unforeseen events ( power failure, disconnection of Internet etc. please re-enter the form again from beginning i.e. from steps (h).

m) The filled form in the PDF mode is displayed on the screen. You must take the print copy of this form, paste a photograph and make a signature at appropriate place provided in the form.

n) Please write form No, Course Name, Candidate Name and Contact No on the back side of the Demand Draft and attach to the form, put it in envelope and send this to the following address.

BVP CET  2013 Eligibility for Students appearing Engineering CET 2013

BVP EEE 2013 Eligibility Criteria is made available for the Students who are aspiring to appear for BVP EEE 2013 Entrance Test. Students who satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements for admission to the courses will be considered eligible to appear for the Common Entrance Test BVP CET(Engineering)- 2013.

BVP CET 2013 Eligibility Criteria : 

Requisite qualifications for admission to First Year of B. Tech. courses The candidate seeking admission to any of these courses should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C.) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or
any other examination equivalent to 10+2 or HSC examination of any recognized Board/ University from any school/college situated in India.

i) The Candidate Must Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry /Biotechnology /Biology /Technical Vocational subject. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

ii) Candidates who are likely to appear or who have appeared for qualifying examination i. e.H.S.C. etc. but whose results have not been declared will also be considered eligible to appear for CET (Engineering) – 2013, provided they have offered the above mentioned subjects at the said examinations. However, they should produce mark sheet of HSC at time of counselling.

BVP CET 2013 Foreign /NRI /PIO /Management Merit Seats

All the Foreign / NRI / PIO / Management Category Students who applied for BVP EEE 2013 Admissions are hereby Informed that the BVP EEE 2013 Merit Seats will be allocated to the Students who Qualified in BVP EEE 2013 Entrance Test. 

Out of the sanctioned intake, 20% seats in each discipline are reserved for Foreign / NRI / PIO / Management Merit Category. Candidates desirous of getting admission under this category will have to apply to The Registrar Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.

The seats remaining vacant after allotment to Foreign / NRI / PIO Merit category will be allotted to Indian students in Management Merit Category. The last Date for submission of the form for this Category is 27 April 2013 before 5.00 p.m.
