As Per the Sources the Placements Heads of All IITs had discussed about the Semi Formal Structure which constitutes Placements head of All IITs to help each Other in Placements Related Activities in IITs.

The Placements Officer of IIT Bombay Mr Ravi Sinha said that the Proposed Body will Meet Twice in Year. This Committee will collect the Feedback and Placements data from all IITs and verify the changing Students Preferences regardless of Which IIT they choose to go.

The Committee will not impose a Single Policy for all IITs As different IITs have different Placements Policy. The Committee Maintains a coordination between all IITs.
