Documents required along with IPU CET 2012 Application Form for Foreign Students/PIO :

1. Copy of Proof of date of birth (Valid Passport / Certificate from Embassy / Document from School, Board / University).
2. Copy of Passing Certificate and mark sheets of the qualifying examination issued by the Board/University. If themarks are in grading system, obtain a Percentage Certificate from the concerned Board / University.
3. Original Conduct and Character Certificate from where the qualifying examination has been passed or from concerned Embassy or Foreign Ministry.
4. Address Proof of any document from Embassy / Foreign Ministry / Govt. Authority.

All above Documents Must be attested by the Concerned Embassy / Foreign Ministry :  

•  Original Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner holding a degree not lower than MBBS in the format as given in Appendix (Refer Admission Brochure).
• Copy of Student Visa & Passport duly attested by the concerned Embassy or Foreign Ministry

Students who are Aspiring for Admission to Technical Courses for Admission in Private, Government aided Self Financed Colleges in the State are hereby informed that the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board had Announced the Schedule for Other Entrance Exam Other than JEM for the Academic year 2012.

As Per the Notice dated 1^st February 2012 the Schedule Dates for Entrance exams for JENPARH, EVETS, JELET, JECA and JEHOM for the academic year 2012 as follows.

WBJEE 2012 Dates of Entrance Examinations other than JEM for the year 2012 : 

WBJEE JENOARTH 2012 Entrance Test will be Held  on 13^th May 2012 (Sunday) 

WBJEE EVETS 2012 Entrance Test will be Held on 27^th May 2012 (Sunday) 

WBJEE JELET 2012 Entrance Test will be Held on 3^rd June 2012 (Sunday) 

WBJEE JECA 2012 Entrance Test will be Held on 24^th June 2012 (Sunday)

Siksha O Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar : SOA University SAAT 2012 Admission Notification 2012-2013 

Students who are aspiring for Admissions in Siksha O Anusandhan University for Admission for Various Undergraduate Programs in the University are hereby informed that the SOA University has announced the SAAT 2012 Admission Notification Students who are eligible can apply for Admission in the SOA University for the Academic year 2012.

SOA University which is deemed to be a University conduct SAAT 2012 Entrance Test on May 12^th 2012. Admissions for the Students will be based on the Merit Marks Scored in the SAAT 2012 National Level Entrance Exam Conducted all over India.

Programs and Courses Offered :

SOA University will offer the following Under graduate programs and Post Graduate Programs for the Students

Bachelor Degree Programs :

B.Tech in Engineering, MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, BHMC, B.Sc Nursing and BBA LLB

Master Degree Programs :  

M.Tech in Engineering, MCA, MBA, MHA, MHMCT, M.Pharm, M.Sc.

Lateral Entry Program :

Under Lateral Entry Admissions 20% of intake in the B.Tech, B.Pharm, BHMCT, B.Sc Nursing Programs.

Eligibility Criteria :

For B.Tech Program : 

Students must Pass or appearing (in the year 2012) at 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects : Chemistry / Computer Science / Information Technology /Biotechnology / Biology / Informatics / Statistics, by securing at least 45% marks taken together in the subject mentioned (40% incase of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC category)
OR
Pass in Diploma program in Engineering / Technology with less than 60% marks in aggregate.

How to Apply for SOA University SAAT 2012 :

• SAAT 2012 Application form along with SAAT 2012 information brochure of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT-2012) can be obtained from the university, designated branches of Axis bank, PNB, Syndicate bank and Central Bank of India.
• Apply online and the printout of the submitted form along with a demand draft of Rs 750/- in favor of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University payable at Bhubaneswar.

SOA University SAAT 2012 Important Dates :

SAAT 2012 Admit cards will be dispatched to the Students 15 days before the date of examination. If an applicant does not receive the admit card ten days before the examination he/she can download the duplicate admit card from our university website.

SAAT 2012 Duplicate Admit Cards :

If a candidate does not receive or loses his / her SAAT 2012 admit card, the Exam Centre Superintendent may issue him / her a SAAT 2012 duplicate admit card on receiving a 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) with an application written by the candidate and two attested recent passport size photographs of the candidate identical with the photograph pasted on the original SAAT 2012 application form.

Two SAAT 2012 duplicate admit cards will be prepared by the Entrance Exam Centre Superintendent. one of them will be issued to the candidate and the other is to be sent along with the answer books, to the Director (Admissions). No complaints will be entertained for non receipt of admit cards after SAAT – 2012 Examination is over.
