Documents required along with IPU CET 2012 Application Form for Foreign Students/PIO :

1. Copy of Proof of date of birth (Valid Passport / Certificate from Embassy / Document from School, Board / University).
2. Copy of Passing Certificate and mark sheets of the qualifying examination issued by the Board/University. If themarks are in grading system, obtain a Percentage Certificate from the concerned Board / University.
3. Original Conduct and Character Certificate from where the qualifying examination has been passed or from concerned Embassy or Foreign Ministry.
4. Address Proof of any document from Embassy / Foreign Ministry / Govt. Authority.

All above Documents Must be attested by the Concerned Embassy / Foreign Ministry :  

•  Original Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner holding a degree not lower than MBBS in the format as given in Appendix (Refer Admission Brochure).
• Copy of Student Visa & Passport duly attested by the concerned Embassy or Foreign Ministry

All the Students who registered for KEAM 2012 Entrance Exam and did not Send their KEAM 2012 Printed Application form can check the Notice.

Important Points to be Noted before Sending the KEAM 2012 Printed Online Application Form :

1. The photograph affixed on the KEAM 2012 Application form must be attested by a Gazetted Officer or, the Head of the institution where the applicant is studying / has studied. It is mandatory to have the designation as well as office seals of the concerned officer.
2. The Applicants Parent/Guardian has to Sign the Declaration given in the KEAM 2012 Application Form.
3. Applicants must send the KEAM 2012 Application along with the Copies of Nativity Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate and Educational Certificate(Course Certificate).
4. Applicants who applied under Community/Special Reservations must send the Original Certificates given by Concern Authorities.
5. Applicants should not Send their KEAM 2012 Security Cards OR its KEAM 2012 Security Cards Copy    to the Commissioners Office with the Printed Application form.

SAAT 2012 Admit cards will be dispatched to the Students 15 days before the date of examination. If an applicant does not receive the admit card ten days before the examination he/she can download the duplicate admit card from our university website.

SAAT 2012 Duplicate Admit Cards :

If a candidate does not receive or loses his / her SAAT 2012 admit card, the Exam Centre Superintendent may issue him / her a SAAT 2012 duplicate admit card on receiving a 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) with an application written by the candidate and two attested recent passport size photographs of the candidate identical with the photograph pasted on the original SAAT 2012 application form.

Two SAAT 2012 duplicate admit cards will be prepared by the Entrance Exam Centre Superintendent. one of them will be issued to the candidate and the other is to be sent along with the answer books, to the Director (Admissions). No complaints will be entertained for non receipt of admit cards after SAAT – 2012 Examination is over.

The NIT Council has also Approved the New Format. The Joint Admission Committee of IIT Council members and CBSE Officials will approve the Proposal in the Joint Admission Board JAB Meeting which is to be held on the February 18^th 2012.

The Final Score for Admissions to IITs, NITs and IIITs will be Calculated based on the Marks Scored in the Entrance Exam and Marks Scored in the Qualifying Examination.

60% of Weightage will be given based on Marks Scored in Entrance Exam and 40% Weightage will be based on the Qualifying Examination conducted by the state boards.
