The Election Commission had announced the dates of the bi-election for the Kadapa Lokh sabha and Assembly election in Pulivendula on may 8th. As the EAMCET 2011 is also scheduled to be conducted on the same day the government of Andhra Pradesh is trying to postpone the exam dates. Over 7,500 students are appearing for the EAMCET 2011 in Various streams like Engineering, Medical and Agriculture as per the data from the EAMCET convener. So it would be difficult to conduct the EAMCET 2011 and Bi-elections on the same day.

• EAMCET 2011 is going to be Postponed from May 8th to 15th
• EAMCET Committee will decide it in one or two days
• Lots of chances for the EAMCET 2011 to be postponed

The EAMCET 2011 Convener in an interview said that the EAMCET 2011 Results will be announced 20 days after the Exam. If the Exam is postponed to May 15th then the EAMCET 2011 Results will be out in first week of june. The Officials are thinking to skip the Exam in Kadapa District and then conduct again in the district but this may not happen. So the only alternative for the EAMCET 2011 Convener is to conduct the EAMCET 2011 Exam through out Andhra Pradesh at the same time on May 15th.
