Once we guys are hearing that the Marks scored in the Class XII board examinations are likely to become a key factor for determining the performance of the student as well as ranks in the serve-wrecking IIT Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) by 2011. But now it has been made mandatory for the aspirants to get in to any other Engineering Institutes. Its Mandatory that the students who want to gain an admission in the Engineering Institutes should get marks more than 50% in the Previous classes (in Class XII and 10th too). But the Private Institutes are not happy with the decision of the AICTE. They are fearing that most of the seats in their colleges will be left Vacant if this is made and act and they are requesting the AICTE to give relaxation for the 10th Marks. We have to wait and see what happens and for more information Technical Institutes are not Happy with the Admissions Based on the New AICTE Norms
