Here is a good News for the List of the 44 Derecognized Deemed Universities. The central government had promised to the supreme court that will once again go through the decision previously taken regarding the Derecognization of the 44 Deemed Universities. As per the data the list of the Deemed Universities will be inspected again and then think about the decision regarding those universities said the Bench of justice Delwinder bandari and Deepak varma. They said that they are going to send notices for the 44 Deemed universities to show the cause for which the government should allow their Deemed status. The supreme court also suggested the central government to give 2 weeks time for those universities to get an answer from them. Based on the answers of the universities the central government should again give their views on each and every university separately on or before April 23rd. For the further proceedings in the case is postponed to May 8th. This verdict is given on a condition that the Government should take any action on those 44 Deemed Universities. These is because of the tondons commissions Report the central government had derecognized the deemed status of the 44 Deemed universities and those universities went to the supreme Court opposing the government’s decision and the supreme court have given judgment that the Deemed university status for the universities till the GO is passed.
