  5. If You have Uploaded the Absolutely Correct Images with Format Mentioned then a Dialogue Box appears on the Screen with This Message No Discrepancy Found in You Uploaded Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression, So You are Not allowed to Login through this Window. 
  6. If the Applicant has Uploaded Images with Discrepancy / Mistakes then the Applicant will be allowed to Correct Discrepancy in Images Uploaded in JEE Main 2017 Application Form.

Note :- This process may take about one month so the candidates should wait for SMS/e-mail. If no discrepancy is found in the images, no SMS/e-mail will be sent to the candidates.

1. Generally Scanned Images in Application Forms are Applicants Photo, Signature, If the Students Uploaded Image Format  / Size / Dimensions to be Uploaded in JEE Main 2017 Online application form other than the Specified will get Image Discrepancy.

Given below are the Exact Images Details that should be Uploaded

  • Photograph of Candidate
    • File Format: JPEG
    • File Size: 4 KB to 100 KB
    • File Dimension : 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
  • Signature of Candidate
    • File Format: JPEG
    • File Size: 1 KB to 30 KB
    • File Dimension : 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm

2. Last Year In Addition to Photo and Signature Students has to Upload scanned images of Thumb Impression should be uploaded from this year the CBSE had Not Introduced the Thumb Impression Column as it has Introduced the Aadhar Card Number which contains All Details Including Thumb Impression.

3. Photograph should be a Colour OR Black and White with Name and Date of taking Photograph Printed on it

4. In Photo Applicant Should not ware Cap, Goggles

5. Polaroid Photos are not acceptable

6. Applicants with Unclear Photographs will be rejected
