Instructions and Procedure for Filling KEAM 2012 Online Application Form
Students who want to apply for KEAM 2012 Entrance Exam can apply Online for KEAM 2012 Entrance Test. Students must follow the Instructions given in the Prospects before registering and Applying Online for KEAM 2012 Entrance test.
There are 7 stages for the online submission of KEAM 2012 Application Form and all the stages are mandatory. Candidates should complete all stages and should send the signed printout of the online submitted application along with the necessary certificates and documents on or before 15th February 2012.

Candidate has to visit the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in where he/she can find the link KEAM-2012 Online Application.
Step 1 : Candidate Registration
Step 2 : Candidate Login
Step 3 : Filling up of Application
Step 4 : Final Submission of Application
Step 5 : Payment of Application Fee
Step 6 : Print out of the Application
Step 7 : Send the Printout of application and Supporting documents to Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

NOTE :
The procedure of online submission of KEAM 2012 application will be complete only after the printout of Application and supporting documents / certificates are received in the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Candidates are directed to keep a copy of completed application form for further reference.

Date of Birth Proof is necessary for the applying for KEAM 2012. Self- attested copy of the relevant page of the SSLC or equivalent certificate to prove date of birth, in case Date of Birth is not certified in the Course Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution, in the Application should be send along with the Application.

For Non-Keralites (Category I) : A Certificate to be issued by the Employer along with the Certificate showing school studies in Kerala for class XI & XII in the prescribed format in the application.
For Non-Keralites (Category II) : A Certificate of Completion of Qualifying Examination to be obtained in the prescribed format in the application
Enclosures to be submitted with the filled in Application :
(a) Self- attested copy of the relevant page of the SSLC or equivalent certificate to prove date of birth, in case Date of Birth is not certified in the Course Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution, in the Application.
(b) Self-attested copies of mark lists of ALL PARTS of the BSc. Degree Examination and Higher Secondary or equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects, in case of those seeking admission to Medical courses as per Clause 6.2.1 (c).
(c) Self-attested copies of certificates as proof in support of any claim for special reservation.
(d) Self-attested copies of Inter-Caste marriage certificate, if applicable.
(e) Self-attested copy of Medical certificate from the District Medical Board in the case of Persons with disabilities [PD].

You should not make corrections in the Income Certificates. The Authorities must do that.
It is better to send new Income certificates without any mistakes

KEAM 2012 Course Certificate with format mentioned in the Proforma has to be Send Compulsory along with the Application form.

I have to write both engineering and medical entrance exam of keam.But by mistake I have ticked only engineering in the application form and sended. What can I do for including medical in that application form? Is that be possible by sending a fax?

If you have done the final submission it is not possible to correct it but u can pase a photo with your name and date of birth in the print out application and write a request or the reason to the officer along with the application

who can attest the photto which is pasted in the front of the aplication….because my aplication is withheld so it should be attested…pls replay……
