IIT Ropar Placements 2011-2012 begins – IIT-Ropar doing well in campus placements

Indian Institute of Technology IIT Ropar which is a new IIT has begin its Placements Drive for the Academic year 2011-2012 at IIT Ropar Campus. The Placements at IIT Ropar Seems to be Better when compared to other New IITs.  Several Companies has resisted for offering Placements for the Students.

As Per the Details Given by the IIT Ropar Placements Officer Up to this date (From Dec 1^st 2011 to Dec 13^th 2011) among the 102 Registered Students 33 Students has been Placed till now. He said that The Average Package offered at IIT Ropar Campus is Rs 11 Lakhs Per Annum. The Lowest Pay Package offered at IIT Ropar is Rs 8 Lakh.

Big and Top Companies like Microsoft, Infosys, E Bay, Flipkart, Ericsson had already visited campus and  offered Placements. He said that Some other Companies which includes sinsar, SCA Technologies and Tolaries will visit the IIT Rpoar Campus for Offering Placements.

IIT Ropar Placements Officer said that the they are expecting to offer more pay Package for the Students. Students who are attending the Campus Placements drive can check the Tips for get a job in the campus Placements.
