Indian Institute of Sciences IISC Admission Notification 2012-2013

Indian Institute of Sciences IISC which is one of the Prestigious Indian Institute for Research and Engineering has now Open its doors for Undergraduate Engineering and 4 year Bachelor of Sciences BS Programs for the academic year 2012-2013.

Students who are eligible and Interested to join in Indian Institute of Sciences IISC can apply for IISC Admissions 2012 so interested students can apply for that.

Eligibility Criteria for IISC Admissions :

1. All the Students who are appearing for the  II PUC/ 12^th Standard (10+2) in 2012 are eligible to apply for Indian Institute of Sciences IISC.
2. Applicants must have Studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subjects during their PUC/12^th Standard.
3. Applicants must have a First class Marks above (60%).

Selection Process for IISC Admissions: 

It is Notified that the 30% of Admissions in IISC is made based on the Performance in Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana  and 30% admission based on the IIT JEE/AIEEE/AIPMT Exams.  Admissions for the Indian Institute of Sciences IISC will be based on the merit list scored in the any one of following National Level Entrance Exams.

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana  KVPY-SA (Appeared in 2010).

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana  KVPY-SB (Appeared in 2011).

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana  KVPY-SX/SB+2 (Appeared in 2011).

Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam IIT JEE 2012.

All Indian Engineering Entrance Exam  AIEEE 2012.

All India Pre–Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test AIPMT 2012. 

IISC 2012 online Application forms :  

Students who want to Apply for IISC Online can Apply Online for IISC through the Website : www.iisc.ernet.in/ug   from  01.02.2012. Applicants must Print the Copy of the IISC Online Application Form with a Demand Draft of  Rs 400/- for GN/OBC/KM and Rs 200/- for SC/ST/PH Candidates as IISC Application Fee Drawn in the Favour of The Registrar, Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore.
