A day after the Educational Tribunal Bill was forced to be postponed because of dissimilarites between the Parties in Rajaya Sabha, The Union Human Resource Development Department Kapil Sibal had suggested that the bill should be Put to test. Now the HRD Department is trying to make amendments to the Bill and again the bill will be put on the table for making it an act in the winter sessions.
