Most probably u can take admission in this college but about counselling procedure ur rank doesnt support EE but still give in counselling our college s name. maybe if luck favours u may get.

IT IS TRUE.BUT I PASSED BSC WITH FIRST CLASS,MSC WITH 57.5% AND MTECH WITH 1ST CLASS.IS THIS NOT ENOUGH? I WAS ILL AT THE TIME OF MY HS EXAM AND COULD NOT STUDY PROPERLY.THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
